Paul Sands – Non Executive Director

Paul has over seventeen years experience in the UK life assurance and financial services market. He established Surrenda-link Limited in 1990, realising the potential for a profitable business in the TEP market. From day one, his vision was to deal with investors who wanted to buy in large volumes and the first major deal was secured in 1992. Since then, Paul has built on that initial success expanding the number of large investors that Surrenda-link now does business with. He is a key and highly respected figure in the European TEP market, evidenced by his recent role as Chairman of the Association of Policy Market Makers (APMM).
